The Matt Palmer Trust is proud to support many great organisations and projects both in the UK and Ireland.

Here's a list of those organisations and the grant funds issued in 2014:

Turn2me.Org (£2,000)  - 2014
The use of these funds has delivered more than 80 free online counselling sessions to 13 different individuals suffering with depression. We hope this has had a positive effort for those individuals.

Sport in Mind (£2,000) - 2014
Delivering sport sessions to aid the recovery of people experiencing mental health conditions and promote well-being.

World Mental Health Day (£500) - 2014 The Matt Palmer Trust sponsored a ‘Football 4 Mental Well-being' event for £500 which was run by Sport in Mind.

The Samaritans Ireland (£1,200) - 2014
Donated to fund one of the 20 branches of the Samaritans across Ireland

SeeChange (£1,200) - 2014
Donated to support their work through the ‘National Stigma Reduction Partnership’ to bring about positive change in public attitudes and behaviour towards people with mental health problems.

Mind Our Men (£1,200)
Donated towards a project in Ireland aimed at raising awareness of depression to help reduce the rate of male suicide.
