How do I get help?
Depression can be as much an illness as pneumonia or breaking your leg. Don't feel embarrassed or ashamed about it. The most important thing is to ask for the help you need, when you need it.
Talk to someone
Find a friend or relative and tell them how you feel.
Go to your GP
Try to find a doctor that you feel comfortable with, and who you can see regularly.
Talk to someone you don't know
There are people out there who will listen.
